Ingredients
1/2 Pound kielbasa, cut into 1/8" slices
1 Cup red cabbage, shredded
1 Medium cucumber, sliced thin
4 Red radishes, sliced thin
1/2 Cup mayonnaise
1/2 Cup sour cream
2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 Tablespoons horseradish
1/2 Teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 Teaspoon garlic salt
Dash pepper
1/4 Cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
Saut� kielbasa in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until lightly browned. Drain on paper towels and cool. Place cooled kielbasa, cabbage, cucumber and radishes in a large bowl.
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, horseradish, dill weed, garlic salt and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk to blend; stir in cheese. Pour dressing over kielbasa and vegetables. Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes.
