Ingredients
1/4 Cup olive oil
3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 Teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 Teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 Teaspoon pepper to taste
2 Shallots, finely chopped
2 Heads green leaf lettuce, torn
1 Bunch radishes, thinly sliced
1 Cup frozen peas, thawed
1 Cup fresh dill sprigs
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, honey, salt and pepper; stir in shallots.
In a large bowl, toss the lettuce, radishes, peas and dill. Toss with the vinaigrette just before serving.
