Ingredients
1/2 Package Acini DePepe noodles (Orzo will work too)
1 Egg
1/2 Cup sugar
1 Tablespoon flour
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1 (15 oz) Can crushed pineapple, strain & reserve juice
1 Package strawberry jello
1 Cup mini marshmallows
1 Container cool whip
Instructions
Cook Acini DePepe noodles as directed, drain well and cool
In a sauce pan over low heat whip egg until foamy, stir in sugar, flour, salt, juice from crushed pineapple and strawberry jello. Cook until thick bubbly. Cool until completely cold.
Mix cooled noodles and cooled sauce together.
Add pineapple, mini marshmallows, and cool whip. Cool for 1 to 2 hours or overnight. May need to add more cool whip after cooling.
