Ingredients
1 Head iceberg lettuce, torn
4 Cups baby spinach
1 (14 oz) Can bean sprouts, drained
8 Slices bacon, crisply cooked & crumbled
1/2 Cup oil
3/4 Cup sugar
1/3 Cup catsup
1/4 Cup vinegar
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Onion, chopped
3 Hard boiled eggs, peeled & sliced for garnish
Instructions
In a large serving bowl, toss together the first 4 ingredients; set aside. Whisk together remaining ingredients except eggs in a small bowl. Drizzle dressing over salad. Garnish with egg slices.
