Ingredients
1/2 Cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
2 Tablespoons onion, finely chopped
1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
2 Cups small English peas, drained
1 Cup carrots, sliced, rinsed & drained
1/2 Cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Hard boiled egg, chopped
Instructions
In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, relish, onion and pepper. Add peas and carrot. Mix well to combine then stir in cheese and egg. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
