Ingredients
5 Potatoes
1/2 Pound bacon, fried & crumbled
2 Tablespoons bacon drippings
Salt
2 Cups torn crisp endive
1/4 Cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon vinegar
1 Tablespoon milk
Instructions
Cook potatoes in salted water. Drain, peel and cut up. Add bacon, drippings, salt and 1 cup of endive. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar and milk; gently stir into potato mixture. Just before serving add 2nd cup of endive.
