Ingredients
10 Ounces frozen peas
1 Cup celery, sliced
1 Cup cauliflower flowerettes
1/4 Cup green onion, diced
1/4 Cup pimento, sliced
1 Cup roasted cashews
1/4 Cup bacon, crisp-cooked & crumbled
1/2 Cup sour cream
1 Cup Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
1/2 Teaspoon Dijon style mustard
1 Garlic clove, minced
Instructions
Rinse frozen peas in hot water, drain. Combine peas with vegetables, cashews, bacon and sour cream. Mix together dressing, mustard and garlic. Pour over salad. Toss gently.
