Ingredients

1 (3 oz) Package oriental or mushroom flavored ramen noodles
1/4 Cup butter or margarine
1/2 Cup sesame seeds, toasted
1/2 Cup slivered almonds
1 Large head of cabbage, shredded
5 or 6 Green onions, chopped
1/4 Cup vegetable oil
1/4 Cup rice vinegar
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 1/2 Teaspoons teriyaki sauce
1 Tablespoon sesame oil
1 Tablespoon sugar, or to taste

Instructions

Crush noodles, not superfine, leave in pieces, heat butter in skillet over medium heat and add noodles, toss to coat and add almonds and sesame seeds. Stir often to prevent burning. Add seasoning mix from noodles and toss to coat, and then remove from stove and cool. Toss in a large bowl with cabbage and onions.
Prepare the dressing by whisking together the vegetable oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, sesame oil and sugar. Pour over salad, toss and serve.
