Ingredients
4 Medium potatoes, boiled
12 Ounces Canadian bacon, diced
1 1/2 Cups celery, finely chopped
1/2 Cup green onion, chopped
1/2 Cup chopped pimento
1/2 Cup Italian dressing
Instructions
Peel and slice potatoes; combine in a bowl with bacon, celery, green onion and pimento. Pour dressing on salad and toss to coat well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Garnish with lettuce leaves.
