Ingredients

2 Avocados, mashed smooth
8 Hard boiled eggs, chopped
Dill, to taste
Parsley, to taste
Juice of one lemon
Pinch of salt
A drizzle of olive oil, as needed

Instructions

Mix the eggs with the avocados, herbs, lemon juice, salt, and olive oil if needed.
Serve immediately at room temperature, or chill and serve cold.
