Ingredients
1/2 Teaspoon onion powder
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet Browning sauce
1/2 Cup chopped or minced dehydrated onion
Instructions
Combine the onion powder, salt and sugar in a small bowl. Add the Kitchen Bouquet and stir until the seasonings are uniformly brown. Add the dehydrated onion and mix thoroughly until the color is again even. This step takes a few minutes. Makes 1/2 cup, equivalent to one (1-1/2 ounce) envelope of dried onion soup mix.
