Ingredients
1 Pie crust
Filling
1 Cup half & half
4 Eggs, beaten
1/2 Teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 Teaspoon pepper
1 Cup cubed ham
1 1/2 Cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 Cup broccoli (cooked, drained)
1 Tablespoon onion, chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven 350�F. Prepare crust for one pie.
In medium bowl, combine half & half, eggs, dry mustard and pepper; set aside.
Layer ham, cheese, broccoli and onion in pie crust.
Pour egg mixture over ham, cheese and broccoli.
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes before serving.
