Ingredients

1/2 Pound kidney beans (dry beans soaked for at least 4 hours)*
1/4 Cup olive oil
1/2 Pound bacon, cut into small pieces
2 Onions, chopped
2 Pounds ground beef
1/2 Pound pork sausage
2 Cups beef broth
1 28 Ounce can crushed tomatoes
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
2 1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon black pepper
1/2 Teaspoon paprika
2 Tablespoons chili powder
2 Teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
2 Teaspoons cumin
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Tabasco
* You can use canned beans, kidney, pinto and great northern white, but add after other ingredients have been pressure cooked.

Instructions

Heat oil in pressure cooker and add bacon, onion and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes then add garlic and beef. Brown meat and add rest of ingredients and cook at pressure for 15 minutes.
