Ingredients

4 Potatoes, diced
1 Onion, finely chopped
3 Celery ribs, finely sliced
1 Teaspoon salt
1/8 Teaspoon white pepper
4 Cups water
Sauce
2 Tablespoons flour
1 Cup milk
2 Tablespoons butter

Instructions

Place potatoes, onion, celery, salt, pepper and water in pressure cooker. Bring to pressure and cook for 5 minutes with regulator rocking slowly. Let pressure drop on it�s own. Moisten flour with part of milk. Beat till smooth and add remaining milk. Stir mixture and butter into soup and simmer, uncovered to thicken.
