Ingredients

4 Cups fresh green beans, cut into 1� pieces
3 Cups potatoes, cut into 1� pieces
2 Cups cooked ham
1 Large onion, chopped
4 Cups water
1 Tablespoon oil
1/4 Cup flour
1 Teaspoon crushed dill
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
1 Cup milk, half-&-half or light cream

Instructions

In a 4 or 6 quart pressure cooker, combine green beans, potatoes, ham, onion, water and oil. Bring up to pressure and cook for 3 minutes. Quick release pressure and remove lid. Stir together flour, dill, salt, pepper and milk or cream until smooth. Add to cooker. Cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for one more minute.
