Ingredients
3 Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/2 Cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 Onion, sliced thin
1/4 Cup Low sodium soy sauce
1 Cup water
3 Tablespoons brown sugar
Instructions
Place all ingredients in pressure cooker and bring to pressure. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes on medium heat with regulator rocking slowly. Remove from heat and let pressure drop normally.
