Ingredients
2 to 3 1/2 Pounds chicken parts
2 Tablespoons shortening
1/2 Cup chili sauce
2 Tablespoons vinegar
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
Paprika
Salt
1 Onion, minced
1 Tablespoon water
Instructions
Sprinkle chicken with paprika. Heat shortening in pressure cooker and brown chicken; season with salt to taste. Combine chili sauce, onion, vinegar, water and pepper; pour over chicken in cooker. Cover cooker and heat till steam begins to escape from vent pipe. Cook at pressure for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let pressure reduce normally.
