Ingredients
5 to 6 Medium potatoes
1 Pound frankfurters, sliced
3/4 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
1/4 Cup cooking oil
1/4 Cup vinegar
3 Tablespoons sugar
1/2 Cup onion, chopped
2 Tablespoons parsley, chopped
Instructions
Place potatoes in pressure cooker; put frankfurters on top of potatoes. Thoroughly mix salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, and sugar. Pour over potatoes and add onions. Bring cooker to pressure and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Reduce pressure immediately. Add parsley, mix well before serving.
