Ingredients

2 Slices bacon, cut into 1�pieces
1/2 Large onion, cut into 1/8� slices
2 Cloves fresh garlic, crushed
1/4 Cup chicken broth
1/4 Cup white wine vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon white pepper
1/4 Teaspoon dried dill weed
4 Medium potatoes, pealed and cut into 1/2� pieces
3/4 Pounds Bratwurst, cooked and cut into 1� pieces
1/4 Cup sour cream
1/4 Teaspoon dry mustard
1 Small green bell pepper, diced
3 Radishes, thinly sliced
1/4 Cup fresh parsley, minced

Instructions

Saut� bacon in pressure cooker until crisp. Stir in onion & garlic and cook 2 minutes. Add broth, vinegar, salt, pepper & dill; mix thoroughly. Add potatoes & sausage and stir well. Cover and bring to pressure. Cook at pressure for 4 minutes. Release pressure, remove lid and stir gently. Add sour cream, mustard, bell pepper, radishes and parsley; mix gently and serve.
