Ingredients
1 Pound cooked ham cut into 1-inch pieces
1 Tablespoon cooking oil
4 Cups potatoes, sliced
1 Onion, chopped
1 Can cream of celery soup
1 1/4 cups milk
2 Teaspoons salt
1/8 Teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Heat oil in pressure cooker and brown ham. Remove from heat and stir in potatoes and onion. Combine soup, milk, salt and pepper and pour over potatoes & ham in cooker. Close lid, bring to pressure and cook for 3 minutes. Reduce pressure rapidly and let stand for 5 minutes before serving. If desired, garnish with steamed asparagus spears.
