Ingredients

2 1/2 Pounds round steak
1 (10 1/2 oz) Can cream of mushroom soup
2 Large onions, sliced 1/4� thick
1/2 Cup beef broth
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
2 Tablespoons dried chives
1 Tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Cut steak into serving size pieces. Heat oil in hot pressure cooker, add steak pieces a few pieces at a time and brown on both sides. Remove from pot and set aside.
Lightly brown onion slices in drippings left from steak, remove from pot.
Mix soup, broth and seasonings together.
Place steak back in pot and put onions on top of meat. Pour soup mixture over meat and onions.
Place lid on pot and lock down. Bring pressure up to 10 lbs. pressure and cook timing for 18 to 20 minutes.
Bring pressure down by natural method or use rapid method by putting cooker in sink and running cold water over lid of pressure cooker until pressure is completely down.
Remove lid and serve steak and onions with the gravy over hot fluffy rice.
