Ingredients

1 Flat beef roast
1 Package dry onion soup mix
1 Jar horseradish (not creamy)
A-1 Sauce
Carrots, cut into 1� pieces
Potatoes, cut into quarters
Onions, coarsely chopped

Instructions

Brown roast on all sides; cover with horseradish about 1/2� thick on top of roast. Sprinkle onion soup mix on top. Add enough water to come just to the top of the roast, but not float the horseradish & onion soup mix off the top. Bring to pressure, reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes with weight rocking slowly. Release pressure and add carrots, onion and potatoes. Bring back to pressure, reduce heat, and cook for 15 minutes with weight rocking slowly. Remove meat and vegetables from cooker; add A-1 sauce and thicken to a gravy consistency.
