Ingredients
1 Pound lean ground beef
1 Medium onion, diced
2 Large stalks celery, diced
7 Medium potatoes, sliced thin
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 (16 oz) Can tomatoes
1/4 Cup water
1/8 Teaspoon celery salt
1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Brown ground beef, onion, and celery in a pressure cooker. Drain grease. Add the remaining ingredients. Cover, set control at 15 pounds pressure and cook for 3 minutes after the control knob jiggles. (Reduce heat so that control jiggles only 1 to 3 times per minute.) Reduce pressure instantly by dipping the cooker in water, and serve.
