Ingredients

2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (3 lb) Beef chuck roast
1 Large onion, diced
1 (1 oz) Package dry Italian salad dressing mix
1 (1 oz) Package dry Ranch dressing mix
1 (1 1/4 oz) Package brown gravy mix
1 (14 1/2 oz) Can beef broth

Instructions

In the pressure cooker, brown roast on all sides in oil. Mix together Italian, Ranch and Brown Gravy in a bowl and sprinkle evenly over roast. Pour in beef broth and add onion. When pouring in broth, pour it around the sides of the meat to keep the gravy mix on top of roast. Put lid on pressure cooker and bring to pressure. Turn heat to medium and cook for 45 minutes. Remove cooker from heat and let stand for 5 minutes, then, run under cold water to release pressure.
