Ingredients

1/2 Pound pork, diced
1/2 Pound beef, diced
1/2 Pound veal, diced
3 Tablespoons oil
1 Cup Water
1 Cup onion, sliced
3 Cups celery, sliced
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/8 Teaspoon black pepper
1/8 Cup cornstarch
1/2 Cup water
1/4 Cup soy sauce
2 1/2 Cups bean sprouts
1/2 Cup mushrooms, sliced
10 Ounces water chestnuts, chopped

Instructions

Brown meat thoroughly in hot oil in cooker; add water, onions, celery, salt and pepper. Cover, set control and cook for eight minutes after control jiggles. Cool cooker normally for five minutes, then quick release pressure. Add cornstarch mixed with water. Add soy sauce, bean sprouts, mushrooms and chestnuts. Cook and stir until thickened. Serve on hot rice or chow mein noodles.
