Ingredients
1 Beef Brisket
Salt & pepper to taste
1/3 Gallon barbecue sauce
Instructions
Place brisket in pressure cooker and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Pour in about half of the barbecue sauce. Bring to pressure and cook for 45 minutes. Remove meat from pressure cooker and put in a baking dish. Pour in some of the juice from the pressure cooker and add the remaining barbecue sauce. Bake uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350�F.
