Ingredients
1/4 Cup oil
1 1/2 Cups white rice
1 Can chicken broth
1 16 oz. Can tomato sauce
1/2 Cup of water
1 1/2 Tablespoons cumin
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
On low heat pour in oil then add rice, brown lightly. Stir in water, chicken broth and tomato sauce immediately stir in cumin, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
