Ingredients
1 Cup long grain rice
1 Large onion, chopped
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 Large bell pepper, chopped
1 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon poultry seasoning
2 1/2 Cups chicken broth
Instructions
In a 2 quart baking dish combine rice, chopped onion, salt, poultry seasoning, soy sauce, chopped bell pepper and chicken broth. Cover and bake at 375�F for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally until rice is tender and bubbly.
