Ingredients
2 Cups uncooked rice
1 Cup small pieces of angel hair, vermicelli or thin spaghetti (broken into 1/2" pieces)
1/4 Cup dried parsley
6 Tablespoons chicken bouillon powder
2 Teaspoons onion powder
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 Teaspoon dried thyme
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in an airtight container
Instructions
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a 12" skillet; add 1 cup of rice mix and stir. Saute for about 1 minute, or until pasta starts to turn golden brown.
Add 2 1/4 cup water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
