Ingredients
1 Cup Italian salad dressing
1 1/2 Cups mayonnaise
1 Cup green onions, sliced
1/4 Cup fresh dill, snipped
OR
1 Teaspoon dried dill weed
2 Teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
2 Teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
6 Medium size red new potatoes, cooked & cut into bite size chunks
Instructions
In small mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except the potatoes. In a larger bowl, gently toss the dressing mixture with the red potato chunks. Cover and chill for at least two hours before serving.
