Ingredients
4 Cups potatoes, cooked & mashed
1 (8 oz) Package cream cheese
1 Can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1/4 Cup onion, chopped
2 Eggs
2 Tablespoons flour
1 Cup cornflakes, crushed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350�F. Mix potatoes, cream cheese, soup, onion, eggs, and flour together. Spread mixture into a greased 9�x13" pan. Sprinkle cornflakes over top. Lightly press cornflakes into potato base. Bake 33 to 38 minutes or until golden brown and warm in the center.
