Ingredients

5 Pounds coarse ground pork butt
3 Tablespoons caraway seeds
2 Large onions, chopped
1 Tablespoon black pepper
2 Tablespoons pressed garlic
1 Tablespoon salt
1 Cup fresh parsley, chopped
3 Tablespoons dill seeds
1 Cup white wine

Instructions

Combine all, mix well & stuff in hog casing. Bake at 350�F for approximately 1 hour.
