Ingredients
2 1/2 Pounds boneless pork, cut into 1� pieces
1/2 Cup ketchup
1/4 Cup packed brown sugar
1 Tablespoon onion powder
3/4 Teaspoon liquid smoke
2 (10 3/4 oz) Cans tomato soup
1/3 Cup vinegar (I used Cider vinegar)
2 Tablespoons yellow mustard
1 Teaspoon celery seed
Hot cooked rice or noodles
Instructions
Use a small amount of oil in skillet over medium heat to brown pork, in two batches.(I skipped this step and just put the frozen meat in my 4 qt Nesco) Combine the next 8 ingredients and pour over pork. Cooked at 250�F in a Nesco roaster with the holes plugged, stirring occasionally for 6 hours. Serve over noodles or rice.
