Ingredients
6 Italian sausages
1 Medium onion, chopped
3 Garlic cloves, crushed & minced
1 (26 oz) Can diced tomatoes with herbs
Rice, cooked
Instructions
Boil sausages for 15 to 20 minutes, slice. In a large skillet, brown onions, sausage, and garlic, add tomatoes. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
