Ingredients

1 Pound ground pork sausage
3/4 Pound ground beef
1 Egg, beaten
2 Cups soft bread crumbs
1 Cup water
3/4 Cup nonfat dry milk solids
1 Teaspoon salt
1/8 Teaspoon pepper
1 Medium onion, grated or finely chopped
1 Tablespoon horseradish
3 Tablespoons tomato catsup

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together. Pack firmly in loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 1 1/4 hours. Remove from oven and let stand for a few minutes to firm. Turn out on platter and garnish with broiled peach halves if desired.
