Ingredients

1 (32 oz) Jar sauerkraut, drained
2 Tablespoons sweet onion, chopped
2 Pounds kielbasa, chopped
Frozen mashed potatoes, enough for 8 servings
5 Tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

In a casserole dish, mix together sauerkraut and chopped onion. Place sliced kielbasa over mixture. Prepare frozen mashed potatoes according to package directions and stir in 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese. Spread mashed potatoes over sausage, sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 400�F for 30 to 40 minutes.
