Cook ramen noodles according to package directions, using chicken broth as liquid.
Add peas and carrots when noodles are almost done.
Brown the sausage in skillet over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes, remove from skillet and add to noodles. Cook cabbage in sausage drippings for 2 to 4 minutes.
Place cabbage on serving platter and pour sausage noodle mixture on top of cabbage. Serve with soy sauce if desired.
