Ingredients

2 Pounds cubed pork
1 Can tomatoes
1 Can tomato paste
2 Green peppers
2 Medium onions
2 Small cans mushrooms
2 Beef bullion cubes
2 Stalks of celery
1 Small bay leaf
Salt, pepper 7 garlic powder to taste

Instructions

Cut pork into uniform cubes, about 1" square, brown in butter. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, and bay leaf and simmer for 10 minutes. Cut onion, celery, green peppers. Brown celery in butter until tender, add onion, and brown. Add green pepper and saut� briefly. Add to pork/tomato mixture. Add mushrooms, seasonings, and bullion. Transfer to a small roasting pan and bake uncovered for 30 to 40 min at 350F. Stir about three times during the baking.
