Ingredients

6 Pork loin chops
1/2 Cup flour
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon dry mustard
2 Teaspoon ground sage
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
1 Tablespoon butter
1 Can chicken & rice soup

Instructions

Dredge pork chops with mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard, sage and garlic powder. Melt butter in skillet on medium heat and brown chops. Turn heat to low and add soup. Cover and simmer for one hour.
