Ingredients
8 Tablespoons butter
5 Cups Rice Krispies, crushed
1/2 Cup onion, chopped
2 Cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz) Package cream cheese, softened
1 Cup milk
1 (6 oz) Package noodles, cooked & drained
2 1/2 Cups shredded Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese
2 1/2 Cups chopped ham
Instructions
Melt butter in skillet. Remove 4 tablespoons and mix well with cereal crumbs. Set aside.
Saut� onions in remaining butter until tender. Add soup, cream cheese, and milk. Heat and stir over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in noodles and 3 cups of rice cereal. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with cheese, then with remaining cereal crumbs.
Bake at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes.
