Ingredients
1/2 Onion, minced
Butter and oil
1 Pound lean ground beef
1 Pound lean ground pork
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 Tablespoons prepared mustard
2 Tablespoons catsup
1 Can chicken gumbo soup concentrate (do not add water)
Viennese small rolls or salad rolls
Instructions
Over medium heat, brown onion in a little hot butter and oil. Mix in ground beef and pork; salt and pepper.
When meat is done, mix in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, catsup and chicken gumbo soup concentrate. Simmer for approximately 15 minutes, stirring every once in a while, so that mixture does not stick to the bottom of the pan. Cool before stuffing rolls.
