Ingredients
1 Pound ground pork
1 (19 ounce) Can white beans, drained
1 1/2 Cups chopped onion
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1 (19 ounce) Can diced tomatoes
1 Teaspoon of thyme
1 Teaspoon coarse black pepper
3/4 Cup small pasta
1/2 Teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 Teaspoon salt
2 Teaspoons oregano
1 1/2 Cups chicken broth
Instructions
In a large heavy saucepan, brown and crumble ground pork. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until soft, about 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Lower heat; cover and simmer about 15 minutes or until pasta is tender and liquid is absorbed.
