Ingredients
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
2 Teaspoon onion, minced
3 Tablespoons flour
1 Teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
1/8 Teaspoon dry mustard
1 Cup milk
3 Hard cooked eggs, sliced
1 Cup cooked ham, cubed
Instructions
Melt butter in frying pan; cook onion till tender. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and mustard until a thick paste. Whip in milk; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in eggs and ham; heat through. Serve over rice, noodles, or toast.
