Ingredients
1/2 Teaspoon ginger
1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 Teaspoon sage
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
5 Pound pork shoulder or fresh picnic or other pork roast
Instructions
In small bowl, mix all spices. Rub on surface of pork roast. Roast on rack in shallow pan for 3 1/2 to 4 hours at 325�F until internal temperature reaches 180�F. Can make gravy from pan drippings.
