Ingredients

2 Tablespoons butter or stick margarine
1 1/2 Cups cooked corned beef, cut into bite size pieces
2 Tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 Teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped or 1/4 Teaspoon dried
2 Cups potatoes, cooked & chopped
1/2 Cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/4 Cup green onions, sliced
2 Hard-cooked eggs, chopped

Instructions

In 10" nonstick skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cook uncovered 8 to 10 minutes, turning frequently, until hot.
