Ingredients

1/4 Cup sour cream
4 Pork loin chops (5 ounces each), cut 3/4� to 1� thick, all visible fat removed
1 1/2 Cups cornbread stuffing mix
Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375�F. Spread sour cream over pork chops, coating all sides and coat with cornbread stuffing mix. Place coated pork chops on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Season with pepper and bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until done, serve immediately.
