Ingredients

1 Pork loin
1/2 Cup kosher salt
Fresh cracked pepper
Apple juice or a can of vegetable juice
1/4 Cup brown sugar

Instructions

Be sure to rinse the roast completely and pat dry.
Combine above ingredients, add water to cover the pork loin and marinate for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
