Ingredients
3 to 6 Pounds pork spareribs
2 Cups hot water
2 Cups favorite bottled B-B-Q sauce
2 Baking potatoes
2 Ears of corn, cleaned
Instructions
Preheat 4 or 6 quart Nesco to 350�F. Grease bottom of cookwell with Olive oil. Place ribs on bottom of cookwell. Cover and brown ribs for 30 minutes. Remove ribs and set greased rack in cookwell. Place potatoes and corn on rack. Arrange meat over the vegetables. Pour hot water over the ribs. Cover; roast for 2 hours. Pour B-B-Q sauce over the ribs. Cover and cook 1/2 hour or until the meat is tender. Serve with remaining bottled B-B-Q sauce.
