Ingredients

8 Ounces wide egg noodles, uncooked
1/4 Cup butter
1 Medium onion, chopped
2 Eggs, beaten
1/2 Cup dairy sour cream
2 Cups fully cooked smoked ham, diced
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
1/4 Cup dry bread crumbs
Paprika

Instructions

Drop noodles into 6 cups boiling salted water. Cook, stirring constantly 3 minutes. Cover and remove from heat, let stand 10 minutes; drain. Stir butter and onion into noodles. Stir eggs into sour cream. Stir egg mixture, ham and pepper into noodles. Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly in greased 2-quart casserole. Pour noodle mixture into casserole, sprinkle with paprika and bake uncovered in 350�F for 40 to 45 minutes.
