Ingredients

1 Envelope dry Italian dressing
1 Envelope dry onion soup mix
1 Cup white vinegar
1 Cup of water
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
4 Pork chops

Instructions

Mix together the first four ingredients and allow to rehydrate the onions. Put the vegetable oil in the pressure cooker and brown the pork chops on both sides. Pour the mixed liquid ingredients over the pork chops. Cook on HIGH pressure for 15 minutes. Allow natural pressure release. Serve pork chops and spoon the left over liquids over the chops. You can also use this over potatoes if you want.
